”I adore Edwin and his family. They took very good care of this solo woman traveler. He feed me very well!! The atmosphere was very authentic to how the locals live in the jungle. It is rustic. Shower did not have hot water.. I did have the room with a.c. Very nice. I will for sure go here again.”

The care of the grounds is impressive. The room attendants provide extra touches and sparkling clean rooms Of course the whole operation runs flawlessly with Benoni in charge. He is a superb host ”

”I'm very happy we stayed here. Simple. Sweet. We did not use the AC and left the windows open for air. It was a little noisy at night, but not the fault of the hotel. Ezra made us really delicious breakfasts for us each morning. Staff were all very kind. ”

”Overall, our stay was good. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lovely lady on reception. The rooms were ok. Limited choices for breakfast. A bit out of a way out of the main town of San Ignacio, so would be better with a car. Overall, I would recommend this hotel based on the price point”
