”I really enjoyed my stay in the Blackstairs Shepard hut. The facilities in the main building were excellent and the hut was cosy and comfy with everything you'd need for a good night's sleep. Mary was full of helpful tips and suggestions for things to do in the area. The property was beautiful and the area was quiet and relaxing. Such an exclusive place to stay too as only 4 huts on the site. The location is great for exploring the local area and a couple of counties!”

”This is a restored house out in the country, a very peaceful setting with a beautiful garden. The room was clean and bed comfortable. It is owned by a man from California who didn't introduce himself until the morning we were leaving. His wife showed us to our room with very minimal introduction. There was really no place to open a suitcase or store anything outside the suitcase in terms of shelves. There was a closet but it only had 2 or 3 hangers and again no place to put our things. ”Very good location in city. Parking place in side of back yard (behind of gate), very good spacious and safety. Room for single was also spacious. Bathroom was nice.
