”This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. The owner refused to take responsibility for it and refused to refund us, making every excuse under the sun why he could not. The entire property was old, every surface covered in dust, dirt and...

”The house and property were absolutely beautiful—very clean and perfect for a family stay. The only minor feedback would be that the kitchen could use a few more oven trays and dishes. We were also woken at 7am by the gardener who turned on the sprinklers and then began mowing the lawn. While we completely understand the need for property maintenance, it would have been appreciated if we had been notified in advance.”

”We had electrical issues on 3 occasions with the electrician required eventually due to losing power in the kitchen as apparently the dishwasher was faulty as well as dubious taped wires a concern. The blind curtain rail in the living room was coming away from the wall. The place needed a good wipe over on arrival with dust obvious, such as, on bedroom side tables and dinner table.
