”Beware...if you buy online, you'll likely be disappointed. The general hotel pics show water views but the rooms and descriptions don't say which rooms face the water. I took a chance and I'm now sitting in a room facing the parking lot. At check-in, I offered to pay more to upgrade to a water view but since I bought it online, they refused to make a change even though they had water-view rooms available and I offered to pay more. Their response: "Call us directly next time." Lesson...

”Based on the price, it was fine. We were super lucky and got an upgrade because the room type we reserved wasn’t available on arrival. It wasn’t the cleanest, one of the hot water heaters was out, there was a 1/3” gap under the exterior door, making the room cold, but the hotel staff was quick to bring a towel. I demonstrated the gap when she arrived by telling her to look down and see if she could see my finger under the door. Haha - that was so strange. She quickly understood the problem!...

”This hotel utilizes illegal, deceptive fees. They were going to charge me an "amenities fee" when I checked in, without telling me, after the room had already been paid for.
They sent me a link to fill out their "Registration Card" where they wanted photos of my ID, credit card info, and to sign their policies (no mention of any required amenities fees).
