The 50 sqm apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a bean-to-cup coffee machine. Amenities include Wi-Fi, television, heating, and a baby bed and highchair for families with young children. Public transportation is accessible nearby.



Outside, you can relax on the shared uncovered terrace and enjoy views of the vineyards and garden. From the bedroom windows, you can see the vineyards across the way, the Mosel river, and the donkeys and horses on the property. A shared grill is available for outdoor meals.



Parking is available on-site with 1 shared space, and parking is also available in the street. A shared EV charger is at your disposal. 1 pet is allowed for an extra fee. Events are not allowed on the property. Please note that video and audio recording is in use in non-private areas, specifically in the courtyard and near the wine cellar by the parking area.



The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property. The county road approximately 250 m away is quiet in the evenings, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural surroundings. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, enjoying good wine, or simply unwinding. Wine tastings with the hosts' own quality wines are available. Homemade honey is also offered. House rules are posted in the accommodation.
