”Everything went well with the booking. The instructions for keyless check-in were fine, and the room was great. The premises are located well in the old city area. Access is a little tricky if you are driving a vehicle, but it is still doable. The nearby off-street parking is a little expansive overnight but if you are happy to do a 6-8 minute walk there is a parking place that only charges 16 Euros overnight which was the best value we could find within a reasonable distance.”

”Beautiful location for this hotel and altstadt parking garage available quite closely. We do recommend this hotel. However due to extremely hot weather (36-38 degrees celsius) of our stay we really missed having a/c (even small fans or extra water would have been nice) or a fridge to bring relieve to the tropical night but this is obviously quite unusual. ”

”This hotel is an old building by the river that has been renovated with good taste. The room was like new, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is really conveniently located near all the touristic attractions and the shopping streets. The only small issue is the lack of parking right at the hotel, but you can drop off the bags and then park in one of the underground car parks within walking distance. ”

”Worners Schloss is superb. They really do a great job of taking care of you and offering you great options. The food was great, and clean. The spa facilities, including massage, were fantastic. The owners are super friendly and very accommodating. It was a a great stay!! Don't miss it if you have a chance.”

”Die Unterkunft war mit dem Pkw leicht erreichbar. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze (12) hinter dem Hotel sollten ausreichen-in der Umgebung ist oft Anwohnerparken bzw.knappe freie Parkflächen. Die Zimmer sind groß, es lässt sich ruhig schlafen. Das Frühstück ist voll ausreichend-Müsli, Käse, Wurst, Marmeladen, Kaffee und je 2 gute Brötchen pro Person. Wer mehr braucht, kann ja im neben dem Hotel liegenden Rewe oder beim Bäcker vorher/am Abend Brot/Brötchen holen. In die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß flott...

”A great choice for staying in Hamburg but outside of the historic city center. You can easily access the historic center via the bus stop located directly across the street which runs are fairly reliable intervals and, in turn, grants you walking access to a wide variety of amazing German restaurants, pubs, and shops.”

”Tasokas ja suuri kongressihotelli, jossa kaikki toimii. Sopii myös tavallisille matkaajille. Ei ihan kaupungin ytimessä, mutta legendaariset panimoravintolat silti kävelymatkan päässä, esim. savuoluestaan kuuluun Schlenkerlaan on vain 850 metriä. Aamupala hotellin yhteydessä toimivassa tähtiravintolassa oli luksusta.”
