Our beautifully designed, family and pet-friendly home is situated in Burlington's charming historic district, just a block from the stunning Arboretum park. The main unit of a lovingly remolded, three-unit historic home. You'll love the brilliant colors and luminous natural light, as well as the raised porch and large backyard with w/ grill, firepit, dining space and creek. Our beautiful kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals.

Our vibrant and gorgeously decorated home features four bedrooms w/ seven beds (four kings, two twins, and one floor futon), a spacious den and dining room, breakfast nook, and a remodeled kitchen. Step outside and you'll find a charming rasied porch with reclining chairs and dining space. There's also a huge back yard with firepit, picnic tables, a game barn, and private creek.

The entire unit (with private entrance) is yours.

We pride ourselves on offering a warm and welcoming experience to all of our guests. Our goal is to make sure you have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us. If there's anything you need during your stay, just let us know and we'll be more than happy to assist.

Please note that you will need to park on the street, which is free and always available.

As the unit is located in a home with two others, please be conscious of noise. We do not want any guests to be distrubed.

Also, please note that all the units share a common HVAC system and control for this system is in your unit. So please keep the temperature at the set rate. We have provided fans and heaters if you'd like more customization.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, please review and adhere to the following house rules. Violations will result in additional charges.

→ Unauthorized Guests: $500 per unauthorized guest.

→ Unauthorized Pets: $300 per unauthorized pet.

→ Smoking Violation: $500 fee for smoking inside the unit or in non-designated areas.

→ Misuse of Hot Tub (if applicable): $300 fee (e.g., failure to follow usage guidelines, excessive debris, or damage).

→ Unauthorized Late Checkout: $300 fee if checkout extends beyond the designated time without prior approval.

→ Excessive Trash or Mess: $300 cleaning fee if the unit is left in an unsanitary or excessively messy condition.

→ Unauthorized Events, Gatherings, or Parties: $500 fee for hosting unapproved events.

★ Pet Policy !

→ We are a pet-friendly property! A non-refundable pet fee of $49 per stay applies, plus $19 per pet, per night to cover additional cleaning costs. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and do not cause damage to the property.
