”I honestly thought it was a great place. Motels aren't for everyone, but if you're looking for an affordable place to stay in Cooperstown, I feel like this place is a definite winner.”

”Room was clean and ready to go! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable! Parking lot is a bit small but there was a wedding the next day hosted at the place so there was alot of cars but nothing crazy.”

”I would never stay at this motel again. From the moment we arrived, the experience was terrible. The bed sheets and blankets had a horrible smell, and we had to ask the staff to replace all of the bedding on our very first day. The comforters had cigarette burn holes, everything smelled unpleasant, and the room felt dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to wear flip-flops while showering because it didn’t feel clean at all. The shower curtain was filthy and clearly had not been replaced...

”There were no amenities . I didn't bring my hair dryer or iron my clothes. Because most places have these. No microwaves or mini fridge . Coffee maker in lounge area . Tiny bottle of shampoo and bar of soap . Place is very dated not very clean and overpriced for what you get . But the lady at front desk was very friendly and took us right to our room . This place could be a beautiful hotel if the right people up kept it . It's resting on its laurels . I wouldn't return .”

”The room was clean. Breakfast was not stellar. The air conditioning was top-notch. The grout around the tiles on the bathroom flor was cracked and loose. The hotel was quiet st night. Parking was convenient. All around a decent stay.”

”We stayed on the third floor which got us our exercise. They were painting and doing some updates so that’s always good. Loved having only a short walk to Cooperstown. Great stay!”

”Absolutely amazing stay!!! Paul ,the owner , is so attentive and has amazing customer service support. The staff kept our rooms super tidy. It was so helpful to have a toster, fridge and microwave in the room. They have a beautiful field in the back for space for our son to play catch and stretch. Highly recommend to all families to stay here. Only 8 minutes away from dreams field.”
