Two adult kayaks, two kid kayaks, and two stand-up paddleboards are provided. You can paddle to the main lake in less than five minutes. The water in front of your vacation home is deep enough to support boats of any size, including wakeboard and wake surf boats. The private boat ramp in the neighborhood is ideal for launching your boat. Lake LBJ is a constant-level lake, which is always full and does not change due to drought.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
