”Always good staff service ”

”the room was comfortable enough. no table and chairs to sit at to eat. bed over soft. no towel rails in bathroom. rooms only serviced once a week!”

”There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space ”

”This is a nice place: clean, helpful staff, A/C, wifi, and parking. Very well-located to Gluttony and the Garden. The reasons it’s not a 5: wifi is a bit slow and seems choppy, parking costs extra and it’s needed if you have a car. Beds are good, and pillows are decent. Staff is pleasant and really helpful We would not hesitate to stay here again.”

”The room is excellent, spacious and clean. It’s a digital hotel so it takes a bit of getting used to. You must read the instructions and download the app. Getting in and out the room was tricky using your phone. ”

”The neighbourhood was very quiet and safe. There were lots of eatery choices nearby. There was also a bus stop just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and it was fully equipped. The pick-up for day tours that I had booked had just 5 min walk. ”

”We have stayed here before and it was excellent not this time. Room smelt of smoke broken shower door had been removed and not replaced. Plates in cupboard covered in sticky pink icing. Dirt around sink!”

”A tired and run down motel with basic facilities. Trucks using their exhaust brakes coming down the hill were fairly noisy. ”

”Property located well for City Centre as well as local National Parks. Room was basic but clean. It is on noisy main road, if light sleeper need to have ear plugs!!”

”Great onsite parking, nice room, fantastic amenities, friendly, helpful staff. There was a glass with water in it left in our room which was the only complaint. ”

”Very basic 5-star hotel, no luxury. I would say more like a great 4 star hotel than 5. Breakfast was good and room was nice and clean. Valet parking was not available during our stay and also no help with luggages.”
