”This was the cutest little place and great for a couples get away. Very close to the river which was nice to listen to at night. It was very quiet and still felt very private even with the owner right next door. Burnsville was such a treat to explore and even though it rained the whole time we were not bored and did lots of exploring! I really enjoyed the bathtub and getting a good soak while i read my book. Kerry was the nicest and the whole property is beautiful. Would stay here again!”

”Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations....

”This was the perfect place for a four day get away, I wish I could have stayed longer. The views from the condo are incredible. It's also secluded, but not too secluded. A perfect balance for an outdoor vacation. The condo was clean, cozy and has all the appliances and utensils you would expect. It's close to a lot of good hiking and sightseeing as well. It even has a pool that's perfect for kids or a dip after a long hike. Can't say enough about my communication with Chris the owner. He was...
