”The room was clean and despite the building being around for awhile, the “resort feel” around the pool and the views looking out at the River were great. My husband and I really enjoyed the pool area. Not sure if it’s the case for every room but our bed was pretty uncomfortable and sunken in the middle so we didn’t sleep the best. But the staff was nice and the grounds are massive and beautiful so if we could ensure the bed was better I’m sure we’d come again in the future.”

”The floors were so clean, the staff was very helpful. The location was ideal for us. The rooms were smaller than we are used to. But we adjusted. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pool area was nice, but pool plaster could be redone. The self laundry was convenient, but should be able to take a credit card. Would be nice if there was a little beverage/candy/sundries shop near the front desk. The daily afternoon cookies were a nice touch!”

”When we got checked in, our room smelled like smoke. When I requested to be moved to a different room, it still had a bad smell to it. I then woke up at 6 am to water dripping from the ceiling. Not to mention, the people above me had their 3 BIG dogs running back and forth until after midnight.
I’ve never had these kinds of issues anywhere so I am honestly in disbelief at the lack of proper maintenance and unprofessionalism. Miserable experience all around and we weren’t offered anything to...
