”The Residence Inn was wonderful, the room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the front desk food and snack selection was poor with much of the shelf space empty. The gym was adequate however for the size of the hotel, the gym was very small with only 3 pieces of equipment, an adjustable bench snd and a dumbbell set. ”There was a lot to do, but it was so spread out and getting around was difficult. Unless you want to walk a ton of miles, you need to take a shuttle to get to places which takes like 20 min for 2 miles with al the stops ”

”This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again.”

”They offer breakfast, but a cold breakfast. It's not a proper breakfast. High humidity in the rooms. Partly that's why the air conditioner year water on the floor. This was a problem in several rooms. The customer service was still good, the hotel was so clean.”

”One staff member was not friendly or pleasant. Our room was supposed to be cleaned on Sunday, 4/26, but it was never cleaned, so we went to mention this to the front desk. We were met with an argument/debate. Instead of saying, we will send somebody up to clean your room shortly we were met with an argument and accusations that we must have had the do not disturb sign on, which wasn't the case and she stated this before we even had giving her our room number.
