”I loved it all. The river view, pool, bar, restaurant, service, and how kind and sweet everyone were. I loved the location, the peace and tranquility it brought to my life. Which was much need for an Emergency Room RN. When I arrived I was greeted my a wonderful young man, he was kind and very pleasant. This world needs more people like.him in it. My only regret is having to leave so soon.

”If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. ”

”We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. I wouldn’t stay at this property again in the future though due to a few uncomforts. Their dogs barked during the night, waking us up. There was a bright light next door that illuminated our room. The windows are shutter style glass that don’t keep out the hot exterior air. They have a window mounted air...

”As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort.
Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. The staff worked out where to get glue, sent a courier, and within an hour it was repaired. Incredible! I have literally never seen anything like it.
The next day my meeting ran late, and...
