”Lobely property, wasnt aware it was a duplex until a couple of days before which would have been nice to know as my kids can be noisy and I don't like subjecting others to that if I can help it.”

Even with incredibly wet weather (we had 4 days without rain/showers in the 2 weeks we were there!) we still managed to have a great time and fitted in kayaking, fishing and lots of great beach walks with our dogs. ”House is tired, mildew in light fittings, aircon vent and some fly screens clogged with dust and fluff, only one hot plate working normally, other 3 heating red roar, no drip plates under the hotplates, rust in oven and hotplate surround rings. Lovely fridge but overall, a very tired, small 3 bedroom house. Compared to other beachfront Woodgate accommodation, this house is not worth the money charged.”
