Bu konaklamamda bazı sorunlar yaşadım.Odaya ilk girdiğimizde pencere önünde ölü bir sürü ince sinek vardı. Bunu bildirdim ve temizlediler.Yataklardan biri kırıktı ve sallanıyordu.Halıfleksler kirli ve lekeliydi.Pencere önünde bir sehpa ama yanında bir berjer yoktu.Sorduğumda bulunduğum tarafta hiçbir odada olmadığını söylediler.Tuhaf geldi bana.Odamı değiştirmek istediğimi söyledim ve...

”We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were superb but the thermal pool and the hamam were splendid extras. There is a huge shopping mall nearby with a food-court. The hotel offers great food too. If you like public transportation instead of depending on taxis the hotel is in between three stations of the Bursarail - which means about a ten minutes walk. The busstop is a little closer but the complicated numbering of the Bursa bus system...

”Room was excellent and breakfast was perfect with good selection of food options.we had aircon issue in our room but manager sorted out immediately and we had very comfortable stay.location is nice.hotel do have taxi service which is very convenient.”
