Chalet't – Burt

”The rooms heating was great. The bed was comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, it’s so close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. This was my second stay, I would stay again & would recommend.”

”Every friendly and very clean! I loved the look of the place too! I will definitely be back!”

”The air conditioning in our room was making a noise and we had to turn it off. Bathrooms were dated, and so were the rooms. The hotel lobby smelled like fish, as it turns out long-term guests have kitchenettes and that’s what we smelled. We had an issue with the other hotel guests as the rooms have very thin walls, we had a guest come tell us to stop talking at 9pm, which was very uncalled for and the staff did nothing about the harassment.”

”* ALL GOOD, JUST A SHORT STAY .”

”Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.”

”Couldn’t get into my assigned room the card keys wouldn’t work and when they tried using an emergency key the door latch was closed. There was somebody in the room sleeping, you could hear them snoring and they didn’t even wake up. I ran into the guy the next morning coming out of the room, hilarious. Why wouldn’t they know someone was in there.”

”Great place and Nice, wish we were on 1st floor but can't have everything, great coffee as well”

”As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.”

”The room had a very strong pine cleaner smell. It was clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows were small squares. Our heads kept falling off them.”
