”Every friendly and very clean! I loved the look of the place too! I will definitely be back!”

”The rooms heating was great. The bed was comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, it’s so close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. This was my second stay, I would stay again & would recommend.”

”No wifi, Entrance and exit doors did not require card entry…. Very unsafe”

”Love the location of this hotel and it was clean. Thats where the good ends. The bed was very hard. We did not sleep well. The room was dated and due for a renovation. No USB ports for charging a phone so don't forget your wall wart and a long cable. The front desk staff had more important things to do, like painting their nails and zoom calling their family then assisting customers. I wouldn't stay here again.”

”Couldn’t get into my assigned room the card keys wouldn’t work and when they tried using an emergency key the door latch was closed. There was somebody in the room sleeping, you could hear them snoring and they didn’t even wake up. I ran into the guy the next morning coming out of the room, hilarious. Why wouldn’t they know someone was in there.”

”Habitaciones espaciosas, buen desayuno.”

”The location allows you to walk into town easily and there is a nice gastropub style restaurant right across the street. The river scenery is beautiful and there are a lot of nice hiking trails a short drive from the hotel”

”As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.”

”NA”

”Good price, I know 3 stars shouldn't expect much. I like the newly renovated bathroom. I don't like they put the air- conditioner next to the bed, either turn it off or too extreme temperature in the room. Besides there is a fly in the room, we can't get rid of, how can it come inside the room, especially outside is 50's F°. The stay all I love only the complimentary breakfast, it's so good.”

”Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.”
