”We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia.”

”The hotel was clean, and the housekeepers were extremely nice! That’s all. When we first arrived, our fridge did not work. We were placed on the second floor with tons of luggage and was told we had to move back down to the first floor for a room with a working fridge. There were no elevators and I’m an elder so it was very much draining! We moved all of our luggage just to get in the room and realize that the air conditioner was EXTREMELY loud. The hotel was booked and we had 5 nights ahead so...

”We checked in and went up to the rooms. They smelled terrible, so we tried to turn on the air conditioners and they did not work. We found a beg bug crawling on the cover, and that was the deal breaker. The front desk employee was clueless. We left the hotel and expect a full refund.”

”The room had hair in the bed and so we asked for a new room. The next room had a half used bar of soap in the shower. I don’t think the rooms are being cleaned properly.”

”Very beautiful almost 200 year old home that has been maintained well. Room was super clean and properly stocked with amenities. Staff was super nice and helpful. Close to night life and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.”

”The Microtel is my home away from home. I have been staying there, when I'm in town, for about five to six years. It's convenient, clean, centrally located, the staff is exceptional and the breakfast is good. I don't stay anywhere else.”

”Clean, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dressers, armoire, large tv, Well-behaved-Pet friendly, Wasa and Chala who manage the property are very pleasant, and responsive. They are on-site and dedicated owners. Small ground bugs problem, possibly roaches. Sprayed them with household bug control spray which appeased by concerns.”
