”The room was exceedingly clean, remarkably so. That was good. However there was such a strong air freshener / cleaning product smell that it was hard to breathe and I had to take allergy meds. This makes me not want to stay here again, despite the impressive cleanliness. The windows did open, but only one stayed open on its own. ”We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

”Checkin took 20 minutes to even begin as extended stay left me on hold in a lobby and then hung up after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes. Then had to call back and start the whole process again. Once I got someone onsite it was great but 20 minutes of sitting on a lobby at 11pm trying to check in really ruined my stay”

”Needs a serious make over. OTTOMAN cover was shredding. GOODWILL would reject their towels. We stayed for Five nights, and everyday one or two towels were ripped. Not just holes bur length long rips. HUGE stain on carpet visited the restaurant. $10 for bowl of soup. Barely filled bottom of bowl Manager did get me a free bowl”

”This place is a dump. So they use the parking lot for an airport parking service (LAZ Parking, if I recall the name correctly). You end up using them for the hotel shuttle. This place is rundown, with the lobby - that isn't all that nice - being by far the nicest area. The room is awful. Cheap, Big Lots type of furniture with the laminate coming off of it. You can tell the original carp came up the side of the walls to make a baseboard. They just sliced it at the floor to put laminate in...

”The Inn and the innkeepers were lovely. The decor is quirky and elegant at the same time. Every convince is thought of. The fireplace in every room is a fabulous touch. We can’t wait to visit again soon”

”Staff was very friendly and helpful. the amenities however, were lacking to say the least. Pool was a balmy 60 degrees with clumps of hair floating around. "Breakfast buffet included" should be removed from this hotels list of amenities. Currently they only offer "grab and go": which consisted of 1ea apple and 1ea bottle of water..... very disapointing.”
