We can arrange for a face to face welcome if required. Other than that we prefer to leave you to your own enjoyment The house is 5 full size bedrooms with sleeping for 10 people. The second living room can be transformed into a completely dedicated queen size bedroom. It has a queen size sofa bed, it is not a throroughfare of the house, and has it's own entrance and bathroom just outside the internal door to the room. If required we do have an additonal room to the side of the house which can sleep 2 adults or up to 4 kids . Making a total 16 people if required. We are unable to guarantee this is available so please contact us to discuss if this is something you require and we can advise if it can be made available during your stay. Due to the design of our charming staircase and upper landing, we kindly ask that children are supervised by an adult at all times in this area. We have thoughtfully provided protective coverings for the banisters, but cannot accept liability for any accidents should children be unsupervised upstairs.
