The Space:

Sophisticated yet deeply relaxed, this sanctuary has been designed for those who appreciate the finer details. The bright living area invites you to sink into plush seating, stream your favourites on Netflix, and look out over the main patio. Down the hall, the dedicated cinema room offers a dark, cocooned space made for long movie nights and indulgent downtime.



The expansive kitchen is designed for gathering, with a long island bench, bar seating and quality appliances including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. At the dining table, gather everyone, open a bottle of wine, and let the evening unfold over good food, board games, and easy conversation.



From sun-soaked afternoons to still, early mornings, the outdoor areas have it all covered. Rinse off beneath the outdoor shower after a swim at the beach, fire up the gas BBQ, then gather around the main patio for alfresco meals. Open lawn space offers room for kids to roam, while shaded dining under the umbrella keeps things comfortable through the midday heat. A second patio extends from one of the bedrooms, creating a quiet corner for morning coffee.



Four thoughtfully styled bedrooms continue the calm, elevated feel of the home. Two spacious king bedrooms feature private ensuites, TVs, minibar areas and direct outdoor access, creating retreat-style comfort for couples or multi-generational stays. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the fourth offers two king singles suited to children or friends travelling together. Three full bathrooms provide flexibility for larger groups, while the laundry area with a washer and dryer adds practicality for longer stays.



When you're not exploring the beach or marina, retreat to the game room where a games console, arcade games, and ping pong provide hours of entertainment for all ages. Year-round comfort is ensured with central heating and cooling. Generous driveway parking for three vehicles makes longer group stays easy and convenient.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

The location puts you at the centre of everything the Geographe coastline has to offer. Walk to Port Geographe Marina to watch the boats come in, grab a meal at The Deck with fresh seafood and waterfront views, or simply stroll along the foreshore as the sun goes down. The iconic Busselton Jetty, the longest timber-piled jetty in the Southern Hemisphere, is just minutes away, walk its length, take the train to the end, or descend into the underwater observatory for a glimpse beneath the bay. Hire a kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or pedal boat along the foreshore, or simply find a stretch of white sand and stay a while. Between late August and November, whale watching tours departing from Port Geographe Marina offer the chance to spot migrating Humpback and Southern Right whales offshore.



Getting Around:

Parking: Parking is available on the driveway for up to 3 cars.



Airport: Busselton-Margaret River Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive away.



Public Transport: Public transport in the area is limited. A car is strongly recommended, as Geographe is a peaceful residential suburb best explored by car.
