Set back from the road and shaded by lush trees, Newberry Cottage offers a tranquil coastal experience in the heart of Dunsborough. The home’s classic exterior features wrap-around verandas, timber cladding, and charming French doors that create a seamless indoor-outdoor feel.

Step inside to find a light-filled open-plan living area, where comfortable sofas, a crackling wood fireplace, a record player, and board games invite you to unwind in style. The adjoining dining area flows effortlessly into the well-equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. Reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures comfort year-round.

The bedrooms are designed for restful nights, with the primary bedroom featuring a king bed, ensuite, and direct deck access. The second bedroom offers an inviting queen bed with French doors opening onto the front veranda, whilst the third bedroom includes two single beds. They share a charming federation-style bathroom with a bath and shower.

The spacious rear garden is a true highlight—fitted with a dining deck under a large umbrella, a BBQ, a shaded daybed, and a fire pit with seating. Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
