The Space:

The master bedroom offers a king bed, private ensuite, and peaceful views, while two additional bedrooms (king and queen) provide restful retreats. A renovated bathroom with a soaking tub completes the space, ensuring comfort and style for every guest.



Enjoy the added comfort of a tranquil wellness zone, complete with an infrared sauna and a outdoor bath. Surrounded by native landscaping, this peaceful retreat is ideal for stargazing soaks or warming up on crisp evenings.



Step outside to the homestead’s multiple alfresco dining areas, complete with a BBQ, and pizza oven. Stroll through the expansive farm, or relax on the verandah with a morning coffee. While guests can access the property’s shared spaces.



Located just 10 minutes from Dunsborough town centre, Orchard Homestead provides easy access to pristine beaches like Smiths Beach and Yallingup. Explore nearby wineries such as Aravina, Wild Hop, and Clairault, or enjoy adventure activities in the Meelup Reserve. For families, the nearby Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course and hiking trails offer endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. Whether you’re seeking gourmet dining or natural beauty, the South West has something for everyone.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the house and its surrounding farmland, including the outdoor dining areas, and pizza oven. The driveway is shared with Orchard Cottage, another rental property on-site. While privacy is maintained, guests may encounter others during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

Orchard Homestead operates on tank water, so we kindly ask guests to use water mindfully. Firewood is available for purchase for the indoor fireplace. The property is not pet-friendly. Complimentary WiFi is provided and suitable for streaming or remote work.



Please note that the Homestead is a separate dwelling located adjacent to the cottage, allowing guests to experience privacy while enjoying the charm of a farm setting.



Power upgrade scheduled for October 2025 to provide reliable electricity and prevent outages.



Firewood provided for your stay (through October 2025).

Please note that our fire pits are available from May to October only.

A local fire ban is in effect from November to May, so fire pits are not permitted during this period for safety reasons and in compliance with local regulations.

We are based locally and can be contacted via phone or the app. We offer self check-in, with access provided via a lockbox.
