The Space:

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. You can pull up a seat at the kitchen bench bar for casual bites or share a meal around the wooden dining table, which seats eight comfortably. Step outside into the pet-friendly courtyard to unwind on the lounge seating, fire up the BBQ, and enjoy year-round alfresco dining with built-in heaters.



The ground-floor primary suite offers a fully wheelchair-accessible retreat with comfort in mind. It boasts a king bed, a spacious ensuite complete with a walk-in shower and support rails. Upstairs, you'll find three tranquil bedrooms: a queen room bathed in natural light, a child-friendly tri-bunk room, and a second suite with a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. For larger groups, the full bathroom downstairs provides additional space for quick refreshes, equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. The laundry area, featuring a washer and dryer behind cabinetry, ensures your routine stays uninterrupted.



Entertainment options extend to the converted garage, which includes a pool table, bean bags, board games, and surfboards ready for your beach adventures. Comfort is maintained with air conditioning, and on-site parking is available for three cars.

Guest Access:

For brunch, Lagoon Yallingup is only two minutes on foot. Explore the scenic Cape to Cape Walk Track right at your doorstep or drive five minutes to Ngilgi Cave to discover its mesmerising stalactites and stalagmites. Families will love fun activities at Country Life Farm, while nature lovers can snorkel at the Aquarium rock pool, both within an eight-minute drive. For lunch, head to Caves House for pesto pasta or grab a hearty burger at General Store and Café, all just a three-minute drive away. For essentials, Dunsborough’s shopping mall is only a ten-minute drive.

Parking: There are three free parking spots available in the driveway.



Airport: 50-minute drive from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public transport: 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
