”Very nice hotel, good location and the staff are very friendly.”

Everything was great, especially Marta's attentive service.”

”It is a very nice property and fantastic location. The parking can be a bit anxiety inducing for Americans, squeezing through the narrow, enclosed alleyway, but it is still doable. Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy. The biggest issue we had was the climate control not working, which...

”Excellent customer service, prime location, and good breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.”

”We absolutely loved this studio. It was so spacious, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, even better than we expected. The staff were amazing and always so responsive whenever we needed anything, no matter the time, which made our stay feel so easy and welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Verona and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will 100% be staying here every time we come back to Verona. Couldn’t recommend it enough!”

”Very basic. No WiFi. No TV. Few power sockets. Wonky shower head that sprayed water in every direction.”

”Review for Casa Valverdi Apartment, Verona We had a fantastic stay at Casa Valverdi Apartment and couldn't have asked for a better base in Verona. The location is absolutely excellent—ideal for exploring all the sights, restaurants, and local spots while still offering a comfortable, relaxing space to unwind. Self-check-in was seamless and hassle-free, which made arriving completely stress-free. Luigi is a wonderful host; his communication was outstanding from start to finish, always...

”This is a small boutique residence in the heart of the town. Modernized to a high standard in an old and closed to traffic street, don’t try to take your car to the property!! Good parking 5 minutes walk away and stairs in the property- so leave your heavy cases in the car. Super friendly and helpful staff and steps away from downtown. Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊”

”We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...
