”Great staff service from the front desk, to the restautant, housekeepingand the security guard. Everyone's kind and welcoming, always greeting you when they see you walking around the place. The property is right by the water, which offers a great view of the nearby islands. There was a storm when I was there and it rained a lot, there were some areas that had some water leaks due to the rain, nut the staff was proactive in moving guests that may have been affected by it. I would stay here...

”Wonderful staff! The transport coming in and out of the island was excellent and everything is in order. The island itself is beautiful, accommodation is excellent and the staff are all courteous. Our kids love Evan , very nice and gentle with them. We will definitely comeback with our friends and families. Thank you so much for making our trip a wonderful vacation!!”

”Beautiful lodging like no other. If you’re not okay with eco living do not stay here! This is not on the mainland so guests must be mindful of waste and water consumption. Food is okay. Hospitality is 10/10. Would stay here again! ”

”Two pools on the property was great, it could be nice if they ad a qrcode to connect to the wifi in the room, had to go to the pool Bart's to get the code and connect to the hotel wifi. ”

”The resort is an a sad state. The island is very beautiful, but essencially everything else was disappointing. Villas are outdated and in a poor condition. Staff is unprofessional, they will make you promises that will be never kept. Food quality is very low. Activities are not priced competitivly as they essencially trap you on the island with no access to any other providers (they charge handsomely to dock on the island). Avoid at all cost. ”

”Number one thing that we loved about Bacau Resort are the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. They know how to handle and take care with their customers. The rooms were clean and cozy. Although the room service food was slightly disappointing, overall we would still highly recommend this.”
