You will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a fixed baby bed with three removable bars in one bedroom. A high chair is always available. The fully equipped kitchen features a filter coffee machine, bench, table, and two chairs. The living room offers an additional dining area and a TV. Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) is available throughout the property. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an additional fee. Please note, the actual tourist tax may differ from the amount stated at booking.

Three parking spaces on the property are shared with the upstairs apartment; allocation is arranged by agreement. You also have free parking available on Amrumer Straße. A communal bike room is provided. Events are not permitted. A tennis court is about 20 minutes away on foot. Please be considerate of guests in the upstairs apartment.



The family lagoon Perlebucht is just 600 m away (8 minutes on foot) and offers a bar, snack stands, beach chairs, sandy beach, and water sports. Nearby you will find bars, restaurants, cafés, and local eateries. Public transport is easily accessible nearby.
