The kitchen is equipped with 5 chairs and a dining table. Thanks to the covered terrace, you can also enjoy your meal outside, regardless of the weather. You can also use the barbecue at any time. Green areas invite you to play or sunbathe. Pets are allowed for a fee.

The cosy holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished and is ideal for a relaxing holiday at any time of year. With a living space of 62 square metres, the house is divided into two bedrooms with a double bed and four single beds, a separate kitchen with dining table, a bathroom and a cosy living room. You also have access to a separate storage room from the outside. In the master bedroom, you can sleep soundly in a spacious double bed with two single mattresses, which is surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. A large wardrobe offers plenty of space for your luggage. The other bedroom is particularly suitable for your children as it is equipped with a loft bed. There are two single beds in the lower area, separated by a bedside table. A ladder leads to the upper floor, where two further mattresses provide sleeping space. The shower room is equipped with a shower cubicle and also has a window, a WC, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a radio. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook for yourself with all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, oven with four-zone hob, microwave, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. The living room offers a cosy living area consisting of a three-seater, a two-seater and an armchair with leg rest. After a day out, you can take a cosy seat here and round off the evening with a glass of fine wine. The matching glasses can be found in the glass cabinet. Entertainment is provided by the large flat-screen TV (40 inch) with satellite TV and TV-USB connection, as well as a DVD player and Internet radio with Bluetooth function. This means you can organise your own movie night with your films via an external data carrier, regardless of the TV programme. An external door integrated into the high window front of the living area gives you access to the covered terrace. Please note that the additional costs are to be paid to the owner by bank transfer after receipt of the travel documents. You will receive a separate e-mail for this purpose.

Due to the location of the holiday park, you benefit from numerous offers, such as a tennis court, a bicycle hire, a volleyball court, the 45-hectare inland lake with bathing beach or the cosy restaurant with beer garden. The property also has a car park. Shopping facilities are just two kilometres away. The sea is just 300 metres away. The ferry port and a beach are one kilometre away. The adventure pool in Tossens (8 km) is one of the favourite excursion destinations in the area. The little ones will love the play barn in Burhave (14 km). Nature lovers can visit the North Sea lagoon in Burhave or take part in boat trips to the seal banks. Cultural attractions can be found especially in Bremerhaven (50 km), where a visit to the Emigration Museum is well worth a day trip.
