Welcome to the KÜSTE33/40 vacation rental on the North Sea. You’ll be staying on the upper floor in a quiet location, just a few minutes’ walk from the dike and the beach. On the balcony, you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air. After a day at the beach, relax in your private sauna and let the evening wind down peacefully.

**Living & Relaxing**
The open-concept living area welcomes you with a bright and friendly atmosphere. The sofa nook is perfect for reading, streaming, or just relaxing. Warm colors and natural materials create a pleasant atmosphere. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and open directly onto the balcony. The modern kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the open layout. You can prepare meals while still joining in the conversation. The dining area offers space for evenings spent together.

**Sleeping**
In the bedroom, you’ll sleep in a box-spring bed measuring 180 by 200 centimeters. Blackout pleated blinds ensure a pleasant darkness. The quiet location promotes restful nights after active days on the coast.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and your own sauna. You can warm up after a walk on the beach or start your day feeling relaxed. The combination of shower and sauna offers you extra comfort in every season.

**Family-Friendly**
The short walk to the Frisian beach and the baby beach makes your stay with children enjoyable. Shallow waters and plenty of space provide ideal conditions for playing. A crib and a high chair are provided in the apartment, so you can travel with less luggage. The living area offers plenty of space for spending time together. Restaurants and recreational activities in Tossens are easily accessible on foot or by bike.

**Bedding and Towels Included**
As a KomfortPlus accommodation, the beds are freshly made upon your arrival. Towels are provided for you. You arrive, and your vacation begins right away.

A parking space right next to the house is included with the apartment. You can securely store bicycles and e-bikes in the lockable bike room. Wi-Fi and Smart TV are available free of charge. Check-in is contactless via a key safe. This gives you flexibility when arriving.

**Location & Surroundings**
The vacation rental is located in Tossens on the Butjadingen Peninsula. The dike is just 150 meters away, and the Frisian beach is about 400 meters away. Mudflat hikes, bike rides along the coast, and a visit to Aqua Mundo offer plenty of variety. Day trips to Bremerhaven or Nordenham are also great options.
