”Parking is easy and secure. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Food at the connecting restaurant is very good. Within walking distance to the Vibrant Arena.”

”The room was clean and well appointed. My only complaint is that someone entered my room to clean while I was out even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door. Super convenient to the arena next door and plenty of food options within walking distance. There is a lot of road construction all around the hotel but it wasn’t too difficult to navigate around. They apparently charge a parking fee that wasn’t disclosed but I wasn’t charged at the end?”

”The problem was not with the hotel, but with Expedia and hotel communication. The hotel indicated they did not have a record that I reserved two rooms with Expedia, despite the confirmation from Expedia that I did. They noted it was Expedia's fault and I would need to figure out with them.”

”Missed having breakfast as it didn’t start till after 7 and we had an 8 game Not a gambler so didn’t use the casino side”

”Comfortable bed, but could have used a blanket. Was fairly clean, (under bed was dusty, floor corners around tub dirty ) broken heater/cooler, needs updating. No Pool ,No breakfast. Okay for the price.”

”Wasn’t sure what to expect but this place was great. Very clean, comfortable beds, and nice employees. I would stay here again for sure.”

”The property is fantastic. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing all for a really great price. The pool is a little bit on the smaller side, but it was just what my kids needed to get out some extra energy. We had a few lights that were inconsistent when we tried to turn them on. We have stayed here several times and that was the first time we’ve ever had an issue with the lighting. Fairfield is by far my favorite hotel.”

”Staff extremely rude! I will never stay here again.”

”As soon as you walk in and walk through the hallways all you can smell is disinfectant spray masking a musty bad smell. Walls are paper thin, breakfast was sad and rooms were kept hot until you adjusted the AC which would take forever to get to a comfortable temperature.”

”We reserved a tub. We did not get a tub. The pool is in the middle of a parking lot. Speaking of parking…There was none you have to go across the street. The Manager “A” was so incredibly rude. And if you’re allergic to down, good luck getting pillows…they actually put pillowcases on throw cushions and wondered why we were not happy with that! Overall, this just wasn’t a Hyatt experience”

”We booked this hotel for the pool and then come to find it’s out of service”

”This hotel was close to the TBK Sports Complex, as well as shopping and many restaurants and located on a major highway. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was very good also with a variety of food items to choose from”
