”The pool was cold. The hot tub was great. Stingy with checkout time. Continental breakfast was ok. The resort is beautifully decorated with plants and trees galore. Front desk/lady was slow and cumbersome by having guest fill out a registration form. And about 5 guests ahead of us and no backup help was there.”

”They advertised a pool but they no longer have one. Onsite laundry $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry. They accept pets but don't recognize ESA! $30 per night pet fee. Awesome staff! Overall a Great stay very quiet!”

”Everything was fine. The hotel is old and could obviously use a face lift; however it was clean and quiet. The toilet in the room "ran" all night and I notified the front desk staff. The staff was kind and respectful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

Once at 3:30 am and again at 4:30 due to a domestic violence incident where no one was arrested or asked to leave the premises. There were blood droplets throughout the lobby and the stairwell, which included a hole in the wall as well. ”This is a pleasant place to stay—everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. The pretty courtyard in the center is a nice place to gather with friends and family. Their own bar/restaurant is staffed by friendly people, and it’s just across a small parking lot to a great bagel shop, a Starbucks, Chinese food, and a renown pizza restaurant, making it hard to decide what to eat while staying there.
