”The pool was cold. The hot tub was great. Stingy with checkout time. Continental breakfast was ok. The resort is beautifully decorated with plants and trees galore. Front desk/lady was slow and cumbersome by having guest fill out a registration form. And about 5 guests ahead of us and no backup help was there.”

”They advertised a pool but they no longer have one. Onsite laundry $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry. They accept pets but don't recognize ESA! $30 per night pet fee. Awesome staff! Overall a Great stay very quiet!”

”Everything was fine. The hotel is old and could obviously use a face lift; however it was clean and quiet. The toilet in the room "ran" all night and I notified the front desk staff. The staff was kind and respectful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

”Clean and conveniently located hotel right next to I-5 highway. Everything was pretty much what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. The only annoying thing were the uneven floors in several places. You felt like being drunk when walking as the floor was leaning in to one direction. Makes you wonder what may be causing it.”

”The motel was excellent. But I will not do business with Expedia ever again. I understand, now, this is how you operate but it was not obvious that I rented something where you were able to charge my account and it cleared my bank several days BEFORE we ever even got there. Your policies are devious and I will spread the word. Buyer beware. Shame on you.”

”This is a pleasant place to stay—everything is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. The pretty courtyard in the center is a nice place to gather with friends and family. Their own bar/restaurant is staffed by friendly people, and it’s just across a small parking lot to a great bagel shop, a Starbucks, Chinese food, and a renown pizza restaurant, making it hard to decide what to eat while staying there.
