”We cancelled upon arrival after learning the entire first floor was being recarpeted, and the only rooms left were a long walk upstairs with loads of luggage and bad knees. Right next door we had a fabulous stat at Cranberry Lodge.”

”While checking in, the front desk associate did not seem to understand how to use the computer which led to a very long check in. The hot tub and pool were not functioning and was not stated on their website. Breakfast was being closed 30 minutes before end time as we were coming for it and it was all picked over with not much left. Parts of the hall way smelled of weed. Very disappointing experience and will not go back.”

”It was noisy right next to the freeway. Also, it sounded like a possessed cricket lived in the air conditioner. I had a very noisy night of little sleep.”

”Loved the dog park. Was great to have a bar on the premises and a wonderful bartender. Our room was clean and appeared to have new carpet and bed. We had to hold the handle down for a few seconds to flush the toilet. The shower drain was plugged and should be cleaned out. Overall, was a great place to stay and we will come again.”

When we went to the restaurant, I had to ask to have our table wiped down and no one was in the restaurant. Our buzzer never went off for our food, when we got our food it was cold.
