”Had a brilliant few days stay at the cottage, the phrase that comes to mind is home away from home. The cottage is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Location for us was perfect with the monsal trail on its doorstep, loads of walking trails nearby and not far from Buxton. Really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend, thank you”

”A tucked out of the way gem, Buxton night life not a long walk at all but opted for a £3.50 taxi to luciano's restaraunt (Also very nice), it was raining.. Hotel staff very friendly, nice to be greated with a smile and a sense of, Welcome! Very clean, comfy bed, had a long soak in the big deep bath much needed after my busy week. ”An excellent property, very homely, cosy and welcoming. Would definitely return. Found laundry basket, spare mattress covers and oven gloves in main bedroom. Not a great problem at all, but think these items were inadvertently left at the changeover clean. But this is not an important criticism - the property was wonderful.”
