The sunset is truly indescribable... we invite our guests to enjoy the deck and gardens and contemplate the best sunset in Búzios.<br><br> All rooms have air conditioning and the living room has a ceiling fan.<br><br> We provide 2 high-speed internet connections (Oi and Claro) for guest use.<br><br> We have a large room, which is divided into three areas: a TV room with a 65-inch Smart TV and a very large and comfortable sofa that seats up to 6 people.<br><br> Next to it are the dining areas. A spacious and comfortable dining room, with a wooden table and 8 chairs overlooking the inner garden and also the sea. A table in the pantry for quick meals during the day, with a beer fridge and wine cellar.<br><br> A fully equipped kitchen with various cooking utensils and appliances, including an air fryer, microwave, and more, to offer greater convenience.<br><br> The João Fernandes Suite (Master) offers an extremely inviting space, with an exceptionally comfortable and high-quality king-size bed, a living room, and a fabulous view of João Fernandes beach and the sunset. The spacious bathroom features an exterior window and sea view, decorated in marble and porcelain.<br><br> The GERIBÁ SUITE, also with a full ocean view, offers a QUEEN bed, a work or study desk, and a bathroom with an exterior window and ocean view, finely decorated.<br><br> The Ferradura room has a queen-size bed and a bathroom next to it exclusively for that room.<br><br> The BRAVA room offers two SINGLE beds and an additional bathroom next door exclusively for this room.<br><br> We have a huge outdoor garden with a deck furnished with sofas and chairs for sunbathing and enjoying the sunset.<br><br> An indoor garden and a veranda with a table and chairs and a hammock for relaxing.<br><br> Swimming pool, barbecue area, sauna and games room are amenities available in the condominium.<br><br> Please note that sending photos of all guests' documents is REQUIRED to confirm the reservation.<br><br> We have two parking spaces available in front of the house.<br><br> Children count as guests. Maximum 8 guests.<br><br> In the CONDOMINIUM -community area- there is a POOL, SAUNA,<br> BARBACOA, PIZZA HORNO, GAMES ROOM AND A LARGE TERRACE WITH SILLAS, TUMBONAS AND TABLES.<br><br> Some other IMPORTANT rules:<br><br> * To use the barbeque, reservation is necessary (contact us to request availability directly with the repairman);<br><br> * Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00;<br><br> * Loud music is not allowed in communal areas (swimming pool, sauna, barbecue area, etc.);<br><br> * Guests are prohibited from entering the condominium, only authorized guests can do so;<br><br> * It is mandatory to present the vehicle registration number;<br><br> * Do not smoke inside the property;<br><br> Take care of our space, if lost, damage will be charged.<br>
