All rooms are suites with Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning and minibar, and also include bed linens and towels. Leisure area with gourmet space: countertop with sink, stove, wood-fired and gas oven, refrigerator, barbecue grill, and a table with 6 seats + sound system with Bluetooth. Small pool with parasols and sun loungers + shower. Mezzanine: with TV, pool table, hammock, and sofa. Parking with automatic gate (remote controls provided at check-in), covered and private, monitored by security cameras, maximum of 2 spaces. We are 1.5 km from the start of the Serra das Emerências trail and ecological reserves, with tours accompanied by tourist guides. We are less than 4 km from the beautiful José Gonçalves beach, which has 1 simple kiosk with rental of tables, chairs, and parasols. And always with a lifeguard present, and approximately 10 minutes from Manguinhos and Geribá and 25 minutes from the city's main beaches and center. Our daily rate includes bed linen, towels, water, and air conditioning. However, we charge a FINE of R$ 80.00 per day if the guest leaves and leaves the air conditioning on without anyone in the room, or does not use it responsibly.
