”Well-appointed, comfortable cabin in a lovely setting. Interior is spacious with kitchen area separated from living area and bedroom. Bathroom is a bit cramped with cabinet overshadowing the sink. Furnishings are in excellent condition and comfortable. Interesting art work on the walls. ”

”Very outdated furnishings and kitchen and bathrooms, rattling window shutters on balcony, balcony chats all rusted so couldn’t use them without marking clothes and lots of little maintenance issues throughout the apartment. Overpriced for what it is. Really paying for the location”

”Be aware the entire unit has 1 single aircon (none in bedrooms). Unit smelled of cigarette smoke. Fan/light combo turns on and off randomly (fun times at 3am with a 4yo when the light suddenly turns on). General cleanliness could do with some work. Carpets pretty dirty.”

”Yes . Staff were extremely helpful when we first went to the unit there was water on the carpet adjacent to the tiles in the living area. The issue was addressed promptly. Early the next day the maintenance man came and checked the dishwasher and proved that it did not leak. I was very impressed with his work ethic and friendly manner. I believe that the fridge door in the unit has a problem with closing. One had to push the door firmly to make sure that it was fixed fast.”

”We found the location ideal it was actually our second choice originally were going to stay at burleigh heads. Oh boy we were very glad we picked Kirra. And XKirra to stay was perfect for us.”

”The staff were very accommodating, however the complex is very tired, and the amenities have been removed to being almost non existent. The laundry was closed permanently, and there is no mini bar or room service facilities. ”
