Courteous staff, so well equipped with a washer/dryer in unit and drying rack. I appreciated the kindness when I checked in with help for my suitcases to bring them up to the room. With no elevator, that was much appreciated! I realize it’s a self-contained apartment and there’s no daily made service, but when I did ask to have the room tidied up, all they did was leave towels. Nothing was wiped down at all. I thought maybe they would just give a quick scrub to the sink and toilet considering I was there for four days.
Access to the room did not feel very secure. Anyone can just walk up to the rooms by taking a flight of stairs from outside .
The Parkade was more secure than the building.
But having said that, I did have everything I needed, and it was a pretty apartment to be in.
