”Pool, AC, parking, breakfast. Rooms have some stains etc but ”

”Everything was very nice, the pool was very clean as well as the room. The staff members were hard to catch up with but they were all very polite.”

”Everything about my hotel stay was what I expected. The room/hotel facility was identical to the beautiful pictures I viewed online. Plus every single staff member I came across was professional. I felt comfortable my entire visit. I will be reserving again the near future.”

”hotel is conveniently located to the Capital Theater, an easy walk. The lobby and room was spacious, clean. and good repair. Our room only had 1 desk chair and it would have nice to have more seating besides the beds. When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the rooftop bar is indoor/outdoor and not open in mid-April. The onsite restaurant was nice but kitchen was closed at 10pm on a Friday when got back from the theater. ”

”This hotel is currently undergoing a remodeling. Our room had recently been remodeled and was very clean and nice. Other parts of the hotel were under remodeling or were very old and dated. Everything seems to be headed in the right direction for this hotel and when they finish the renovations, it should be a very good experience top to bottom.”

”Clean Room, Friendly staff, Convenient, price good, easy check in, nice channel selection, breakfast was ok (sausage and potatoes were overcooked and dry), would definitely stay again and again. Some 1st floor rooms have a patio to exit into the hotel lobby area or pool area. As a side note: Workout room has 2 eliptical , 2 treadmills, 1 sitting bike and some weights.”

”Shower don’t drain, loud noises from the pipes all night long, bed was uncomfortable and didn’t have sheets, but had a blanket and a sheet on top ”

”The room was clean. The newly renovated room seems ok. I noticed near the sink it was cuts a little rough around the edges and not clean finish. But it was alright for staying just one evening. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. ”

”Parking lot had many potholes and there was not enough parking for the number of guests. We were notified that the elevator was not working on Thursday and that we could cancel our stay. That was not an option considering we were staying in Fenton due to a bowling tournament. ”

”Overall a nice experience. Customer service desk was prompt and professional. Breakfast crew had a nice layout. Room was clean and fairly quiet. Nearby where I wanted to go for a concert. ”

”After check in our Tv displayed a message that said “scrambled or weak signal.” Reporting this to the night shift clerk was pointless…. She said “ there is nothing I can do about this. We don’t have a maintenance staff at night,” Not the answer we were looking for!!!! She did not even offer to call someone. Upon checking out the matter was discussed again and was told by staff “ yeah we can’t do anything about tv issues!” Will not stay there again or with this chain. I’m switching back to...

”When we first arrived, the lobby was not clean and the staff had a hard time checking me in. It took about 15 minutes to finally get checked in. She was apologetic, but still was not ”

”Loud banging, no one vacuumed, no microwave, ripped curtains, didn’t even look at the pool or have breakfast- no blanket sheet only! Only thing I can say good was nice front staff. ”

”The room was shabby with holes in the wall and carpeting. It smelled strongly of smoke and was very noisy due to the proximity to the pool. After checking the mattress for bugs, I decided I could not stay there. I didn’t want to sleep in the bed plus I did not feel safe. It absolutely should not be advertised as a Wyndham property. I reloaded my luggage and found another, better, hotel. ”
