”Upon check-in, there was a sign noting recent thefts in the parking lot and recommending locking your vehicle. I appreciate the transparency, but that made me a bit nervous. Overall, staff was professional and helpful, and the room was clean. Breakfast was OK/good. The indoor pool itself was fine, but the room itself could use a lot of updating and cleaning.”

”The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There were two bottles of body wash and one empty conditioner bottle in the shower. The sink and floor were dirty.”

”It seemed like a nice place. I could only give a 4 star rating because the bed was terrible. It was so hard, felt like i was sleeping on the floor!”

”Check in was easy , we went up to our room to put out belongings away, made a 2nd trip to the room and went out for dinner. Returned to have our keys unable to open the door, went to the lobby they rescanned my room key to try again. Nothing...so they try the master fob key, nothing. We had to sit outside our room for an hour while they REPLACE THE AA BATTERIES that work the doors. But still nothing. Another 2 hours we wait for another maintenance person that "might" get us in the room but maybe...

”Roaches all over the place didn't get moved for 5 days. Rented it for a week. Laundry facility was out of order. The internet was shoddy. The other room had no heat and roaches in that room to. They even gave me roach traps? Really! Im a guest, not an exterminator. It's no wonder they leave the light on for you, God forbid you turn off the lights. Only had housekeeping stop by 3 out of 7 days. Worst hotel experience ever.”

”I have stayed here twice a year for the last 6 years and had been happy enough with the convenience, the safety and the spacious rooms. They have always been a bit outdated and that never bothered me, they were clean enough, quiet and affordable . But sadly this would be my last stay there for a multiple of reasons. A safe with no door, air conditioning that was faulty (moved rooms), water stains, carpet stains, wall damage. (Previous visit had ants, missing closet door and wet floor around ac)...

”This hotel is well run by hands on owners and a great friendly staff. Recently remodeled and updated it is fresh and inviting. Pool is great. Awesome partially covered patio. Hot breakfast. You will be happy and satisfied at this Hampton Inn.”
