We did not experience southern hospitality to get things right and to get offered services, did not happen fluently, more or less blunt. We had problems with the prebooked early check-in, but was solved 1 hour later. They did not recognize Hotels.com vip-benefits, which were shown when we booked the hotel, even when we ask about it. We were told that they are independed of those. Good things were location and the spacious room. Hopefully, when the world cup soccer tournament comes to town next month, things get better!"
