”the staff was great but what threw us off was the fact that the sheets weren’t changed. they had a stain, a couple of hairs sitting on the bed and pillow. The mirror near the cooler and microwave was stained as well. and inside the fridge was someone’s lefts over frozen in place. the bathroom? gross. didn’t even try sweeping it or cleaning the sink. We had to clean it ourselves with wipes. the toilet as well. nothing was done for cleaning. Just re-folded it and called it a day. Very...

”This place was horrible on getting to the front door there were a few men hanging out, on the first night the bed sheets had nasty stains. My husband was bitten upon checking it was by BED BUGS management pretended not to know! They gave us a full refund and asked us not to put a negative review 🙃 ”

Pool was foggy, which scared us from usong it. The TVs wouldn't turn on or off easily and the phone didn't work. Otherwise it was a great stay. ”

I also chose the hotel because it had a handicap accessible room, but I don't think we got one because the beds were much too high and there wasn't a grab bar in the shower. The hotel in general isn't handicap friendly because there are 3 sets of doors separating the outside and the elevator, without a door opener in sight. The mattresses were hard and I rotated...
