”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

I am allergic to nicotine, and when my car was returned, there was a strong cigarette smell inside, particularly around the driver’s seat. It appeared that the driver may have been smoking before or while handling my vehicle.
