”We used this hotel standard suite during our honeymoon trip to Venice. There were issues what kind of suite we get but those were quickly resolved by friendly stuff and we got what we paid for. Service is good but hotel rooms are a bit out dated, would need some fixing here and there. Overall impression was positive, good hotel near those famous places surrounding San Marco square.”

”Amazing staff. Very friendly and professional. Many thanks to Gianluca and Alvise that took great care of us. The area is clean and the apartment was very impeccable and nicely decorated. We did not experience any problems. The views from our apartment were beautiful. I would recommend scheduling a private water taxi to avoid long walks. Great location away from the big rush but yet close enough to the main attractions. ”

”Highly recommend! An amazing experience. This is a quiet apartment/hotel fusion smack in the middle of everything. You have the privacy of the apartment but the amenities and the service of the hotel available if you chose to use them – cleaning, restaurant, etc. –. The staff is very friendly. Downstairs is all a tourist would need - a minimarket, a cozy restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, late drinks. The view is amazing. Do not hesitate to book here.”

”The people on the reception were very friendly and competent. Prices at the bar were totaly ok. Our apartment in the castle was big and comfortable. ”Elisabetta was quite literally the best host we have ever encountered on VRBO. She was kind enough to meet us at the train station in Venice and guide us directly to her space, and even offered to help us with our bags. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in Venice and places to eat. Her apartment was very clean and open, in a great location, and she even gifted us a bottle of limoncello!
