”El Tigre is a beautiful place to stay. The service from Andrea, Randy and team was amazing…even though the location is remote, we had everything we needed thanks to their exemplary customer service. ”Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. ”Althouh we only stayed for a day but i can easily say that it is one of the best location to see and explore the volcano. We had issue with the generator making noise as the lights were out and they did not take time to help us relocate to another room. Also you can drive from within the property to a point to have better view of volcano. Breakfast in morning was excellent and lot of variety. I can keep on going with pools etc etc but overall a geniune 5 star review.”
