”The most magical, beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. If you’re ever in Auckland, treat yourself one night to this beautiful cottage - and ask for the Olive Cottage if possible! You get a private path right to the vineyard/ restaurant! Everything was just perfect during our stay. And the sunsets are breathtaking. Plus the amazing staff leaves fresh breakfast for you each day!”

”The property is right in the centre of busy Oneroa. It is in an ideal position, for a short walk to the beach, local shops, cafes and restaurants and even a cinema. The bus stop is virtually outside the hotel, and there is parking for cars at the rear. A place where you can access all of the beautiful places on the island. Thank you for the breakfast vouchers too.”

”I booked this place even though it was a little dearer than Waiheke Resort next door, because the other place had a few bad reviews about check-in only being open between 2-4pm etc, and the bar was closed early etc. So we rocked up at nearly 4pm to check in, and wow it’s the same place!! ”

”The check-in and check-out process was super easy (we were allowed to do late check-in!). The apartment was super clean, spacious and ideal for longer stays since it has a kitchen equipped with all the needed supplies. They even gave us milk for coffee/tea. The location is amazing since is it a 2min walk to the beach and close to the bus stop to travel to wineries on the island. Highly recommend!”

”The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it.”

”We stayed in the Esplanade hotel for three nights. The location was perfect to us: 12 minutes from the Auckland CBD by a ferry, still away from the noisy centre. The neighborhood of the Esplanade is really very cozy. There are nice beaches around and Mount Victoria is a place worth visiting. The hotel itself offers very good service and the restaurant is very nice. Our room was large and comfortable. The staff was positive and professional, we enjoyed our stay in the Esplanade very much.”

”The room itself was ok but some patches on the walls were damaged and not repaired. But the checking in was horrible! I had to ring this number, then I got someone on the phone that demanded I tell her my credit card number or I wouldn’t be getting access to a locked box which has my key in it. There were other people in the room yet I still had to give them my number. I explained that the payment had already been done but she said she needed my number to verify or guarantee the payment.
