”Very nice staff at check-in. Rooms were very clean. Tub was slippery for me; it could have used some anti-slip decals. Shower head was poor, but the water pressure in the whole condo was great.”

”the room was clean but in need of some updating and minor repairs such as new caulking in bath/shower area. I was in a room that had the bars in tub area for easier access and a higher toilet that I liked plenty of room in both bathroom area and sleeping area. Food served there was good but a bit pricey. It was located in a good central area to access to other places of interests”

”Partner, I and dog in the area for family holidays. We live out of state and a great place for us to spend the night while in the area. Nice, quiet, all the space we needed. Very reasonably priced and good communication from the group we rented from. Nice view of the lake and fire pit. Thank you!”

”It was so Beautiful and Quiet! Our cabin was clean and had all the necessities. We toured the area, saw 9 waterfalls, 2 state parks, 2 beaches, Lake Superior and a Pow Wow! Made a bunch of great memories! Having fires in the fire pit was definitely a highlight! Thank you very much for your hospitality!”

”The property fit our needs well. The beds we used were comfortable. Plenty of towels and supplies. There were a fair number of Asian beetles, flies and spiders-this is most likely due to being in the woods. There were a few light bulbs out(master bedroom bath and garage door opener light and garage. Nice to have access to a garage as our weather was rainy most days. About 40 minutes to Bayfield and about 20 minutes to Ashland. ”

”This is the third time we have stayed at Fogarty’s Compound! We always have a great time and quality time with our friends. This year we brought our daughter and her fiancé and they also had a great and relaxing time! This was the first time went there in the winter. What a weird winter it has been. ”My family and I booked this cabin because the pictures made it look clean and comfortable. Well let me tell you the pictures do not lie! The communication from the rental company was very thorough and the owners that live on the property are absolutely wonderful. We rebooked this cabin again for the following year we loved it so much! I would absolutely recommend this cabin to others!”

”Had a really nice stay, the cabin is super cute, clean, and had everything we needed. The fireplace was great, it kicked out the heat and made the cabin cozy. Was also a great location, had a superb lake view with amazing sunrise/sunset views, was also not too far from Cable so all weekend activities were easy to get to. I’d definitely stay there again.”
