”Beautiful property, a little tucked away with a Lidl a 15 minute walk. Lovely big pool and big property. Plenty of space for 10 adults. We had 8 people staying. The guest book needs more detail and helpful points. Couldn’t get the air conditioning to work in the top bedroom so it remained unpleasantly hot the whole time we were there and no idea how to get the 2 tv’s work. Otherwise lovely, really lovely”

”We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tulum. The villa is spacious, incredibly bright, and provided the perfect balance of privacy and comfort for our family. The kids loved the large private pool, and we spent most of our evenings enjoying barbecues in the outdoor dining area while taking in the peaceful countryside views. The location is excellent—very quiet, yet just a short drive from fantastic golf courses and beautiful beaches. Highly recommended!”

”Pros: We had planned to go to the beach, but the pool was so lovely, and the location so quiet and secluded, that we ended up staying in much more than we expected. The villa is very spacious; we were five adults and a toddler, and it never felt crowded. The views in every direction are beautiful, and we felt completely at home. The staff were quick to reply to any questions, and it was a nice touch that they came by to say hello after we checked in.”

"The room felt spacious and was very clean. The hotel was well kept and I think that the beach access and the pine cliffs are the best part of it. Breakfast was delicious and most of the staff were very nice and friendly, especially Jessica in reception 😊 Unfortunately the checkout experience wasn’t a nice one; a young gentleman who checked us out was being a bit rude and acted like he was very frustrated and annoyed by me even tho I don’t think I gave him any reason for that. This interaction left me feeling confused and kinda tarnished the stay for me. "
