”You can’t beat the location! The hot tub was warm when we arrived and the pool has the perfect amount of shade and sun. We had troubles with the AC in one room, Priscilla and her team came promptly to help us and answer any questions we had. The shaded parking for your ATV is a game changer. No more hot seats for the kids you won’t regret staying here. ”

”House is comfortable and well provisioned. Managing company very responsive and helpful. Lower level had independent beds and bathroom so privacy is great for couples. Upper level has main living space with main bedroom and bathroom. Keys can be a little confusing as bedroom on lower level had independent locks. I'd recommend the management color coordinat the keys to match the locks with paint or nail polish to avoid trying multiple times to find the correct key for the lock. ”

”Rachel and Dave have created four authentic Mexican attached "townhouses." The place was well equipped and had a beautiful pool area. Each unit had a private outdoor patio with a table and four chairs and a rooftop BBQ with a covered table and six chairs. ”

”We had a very nice stay at Casa Patricia. Really enjoyed that it was far enough away from the hub-bub of Los Barriles but close enough to get to in a matter of minutes (as long as you have some transportation). The Casa was very clean and had all the amenities (kitchen tools and appliances, bathroom, bedding, etc,.) that we needed! I would stay there again!”

We caught fish from the shore and ate a wonderful dinner. We had 22 people - 11 adults and 11 kids and plenty of space. We already want to come back!”
