**Blue Cabin**
Sunset Village is a gated complex with private parking. The Blue Cabin has 2 floors with a rustic and modern touch. For guests' commodity, the unit is equipped with a/c in all rooms that cool the entire property, yet the wooden walls and high ceilings provide for a refreshing tropical experience. Distributed in 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with dinning table, balcony & gazebo. Each room has 1 bunk bed with a full mattress at the bottom and a twin mattress on the upper level. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, full stove, cutlery, knives, pans and pots, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper are included. Beach utilities such as towels, umbrella, chair and cooler are included. The complex has direct access to the beach.
Guests have access to private parking, direct beach access, & private gazebo. The Gazebo for this unit is located on the right side of the cabana, the same that appears in the picture of this advertisement with the rustic lights.
Although hosts don't stay/sleep at the property, we occasionally visit the complex to ensure guests have no issues and are making correct use of the facilities. Cleaning and maintenance concierge are available during most of the day.
Combate is a small town in the municipality of Cabo Rojo. There are restaurants and beaches nearby. Jet ski rentals are available at Combate Beach. The property is located on Sunset Beach which is perfect for Paddle Boarding and Kayaking since the water is very calm. There is a boat ramp two minutes drive from the property making it ideal for launching jet skis and boats. Property conveniently located on the beach meaning you may park your boat on the water and watch it from the complex; Following maritime laws at all time.
We highly recommend guests bring their own vehicle. One parking space is included; a second one may be arranged if available. Street parking is available. Closest beaches are Sunset Beach, which is where the complex is located, Combate Beach, Playa Sucia, and Buye Beach. Closest restaurants include Annie's Place, Tavern by the Sea, Santos, Señor Burger, and Fogata del Mar. Closest pharmacy is Farmacia El Combate & closest supermarket is Ritamar.
-Once you have rented you will need to provide us an email address so we can send the contract agreement that you must sign. Contract agreement contains the rules of the unit & complex.
Sunset Village Community Rules
We want all our guests to have a peaceful and enjoyable stay at Sunset Village. These simple, common-sense rules are in place to ensure the comfort, safety, and relaxation of everyone in the community. Please be mindful of your surroundings and respect the space so that all guests can fully enjoy their time in this beautiful beachfront setting.
Violation of any of these rules will result in a $100 fine per violation and may lead to termination of your rental.
1. Absolutely no smoking inside the complex or cabins.
2. Do not use any parking space other than the one assigned to you.
3. Each cabin has an assigned gazebo. The Purple and Yellow Cabins do not have a gazebo. Please only use the gazebo assigned to your cabin. The Blue Cabin gazebo is for the exclusive use of the occupants of that cabin.
4. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. No visitors are permitted.
5. The main gate and beach gate must be closed when not in use.
6. Be considerate of others—no profanity, loud conversations, or fighting on the premises.
7. The use of drugs or controlled substances within the complex is strictly prohibited.
8. Running, horseplay, or unnecessary noise is not allowed in common areas.
9. Loud music is not permitted. Music should be kept at a low volume, without explicit lyrics, and should not disturb other guests.
10. Boats and boat trailers are not allowed inside the complex.
11. Do not remove furniture from the gazebos.
12. Dispose of all trash properly in the designated containers. Please keep the area clean.
13. Guests must not touch or handle gas cylinders at any time.
14. Pets must not be left unattended and must be on a leash at all times while inside the complex.
15. Pets are not allowed to urinate or defecate anywhere inside the complex or cabin.
16. Rearranging furniture, beds, or decorations is strictly prohibited.
17. Kayaks must not be dragged—they should be carried by two people. Any damage caused by improper handling will result in a fine and a replacement cost.
18. The use of kayaks is at your own risk. Guests are encouraged to wear the available life jackets.
